740 tourists climbed the mountain, the most Americans

Kathmandu - The government has given permission to 740 tourists to climb the Himalayas till April 17.

According to the Department of Tourism, 740 tourist from 70 countries have been allowed to climb various mountains. A total of 583 men and 155 women have been allowed to climb the mountain.

Most of the tourist who go for mountaineering are American tourist. Of the 117 American tourist allowed to climb the mountain, 94 were men and 23 were women. The second is the United Kingdom. While 74 British citizens climbed the mountain, there were 62 men and 12 women.

Similarly, 55 climbers including 41 men and 14 women from India have climbed Nepal's mountains. 50 from France, 28 from Canada, 25 from the Russian Federation, 24 from Australia, 23 from Spain, 23 from Iran, 18 from Austria, 17 from Austria, 16 from Germany, 14 from Korea, 14 from the Netherlands, 14 from Japan, 12 from Norway and 11 from Romania. 10 tourists from Ireland have climbed the mountain.
