Kapuche Glacier located at the lowest altitude in Nepal

Kapuche Lake trek an incredible remote trek, is very recently opened remote trekking route in Nepal, located in Sikles village of Kaski district in Annapurna region. Sikles is one of the largest Gurung villages in Nepal and offers an opportunity to learn about the unique traditional culture. 

This lake is about 7 hours away from the village. You will have very close breathtaking views of Lamjung Himal and Annapurna II during trek. This lake gathers glacial melt from Annapurna II, IV and Lamjung Himal. Kapuche take has been claimed as a lowest elevation glaciar lake of the world at an altitude of just 2450 meter above sea level.
